ART WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN AGED 6 - 12

We invite children who wish to fulfil their creative potential and passion for the visual arts. During our ongoing classes we will have fun learning various artistic techniques through fun activities, developing our creative imagination, independent thinking and fine motor skills.
We will learn the basics of design, composition, and colour matching. We will travel in time, learn about the most celebrated artists and inspire ourselves with their art.

We will:
· learn how to work in various techniques, such as: painting, sculpture, drawing, decorative arts, linocut, papercraft, etc.  
· discover the budding artist in ourselves
· experiment with different materials
· learn not to copy but to seek our own paths and solutions
· accept our own creative process and following our own path
· create our own unique projects under the guidance of an experienced art instructor.  

Where? Contemporary Art Gallery BWA SOKÓŁ  (during periods between exhibitions classes may be held in the Fireplace Room /Sala Kominkowa/ in the main building of the MCK SOKÓŁ – check with Instructor)
When? Fridays
What time? 4:30 p.m. – 5.30 p.m.
How much? 140 PLN/ month (4 classes)

Who is the instructor? Monika Bisogno Potoczek – artist, graduate of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Art in Kraków, Poland
